Mala Beach

Open from end of April until end of September

Plage Mala is hidden at the foot of rocky slopes in a most magnificent setting where sand and pebbles lie side by side. At sunset the sea takes on a dreamy red-amber glow. Mala Beach is a short walk away and is described by Traveller Magazine as one of Cote d’Azures most beautiful beaches. It also has two restaurants on its seafront.

DEEP-SEA DIVING FROM 1st OF MAY UNTIL 30th OF SEPTEMBER

The Diving Club of Cap D’Ail organises diving sessions at € 35 per person.

The session takes about 2 hours and includes approx 20 min of diving time.

Sailing

Sailing lessons on catamarans are offered at € 55 an Hour per Person at the Sailing school of Cap D’Ail.

Boat Trips

Monaco offer panoramic boat trips with underwater vision. Price € 11 per person.Boat rental is also available in the nearby surroundings, however you do need to hold a boat license. Price is about 150 Euro for a day and takes 4 passengers. We can also arrange yatch charter with crew prices from 1500 – 2000 Euros per day.

Tennis

A tennis club with two courts is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There are numerous tennis clubs located in the immediate area. The most prestigious one being the Monte-Carlo Country Club, where the International Open Championships take place. Non members can play a game of tennis for € 38. This is one of the worlds most prestigious tennis clubs and boasts a magnificent view over Monaco and its coast.

The Tennis Master series is from 14 – 22nd of April. Tickets range from

Golf

The Monte-Carlo Country Club is located on the lower slopes of Mont Agel, at 810 meters above sea level. There is a panoramic view of the Principality of Monaco, the Cote d’Azur and the Italian Riviera, it is an 18-hole, par 71 golf course open everyday.

Football

Football games take place at the STADE LOUIS II in Monaco. Games are played through the year and ticket prices normally range from € 7 – 40.

The area around Cap D’Ail

There are many cosy places around Cap D’Ail you can visit by bus, train or car. We are located close to the border of Monaco, where you will find fine shops, restaurant and a great nightlife. Monaco offers many museums for children and adults. There is for example the Prince of Monaco Auto Museum , the Oceanographic Museum and the Palace. Up in the mountains you will find Eze , with some delicious restaurants and an incredible view over the coast. Nice is great for shopping. We recommend the old town in Nice, where you will find an antique market every Monday and several cosy cafes and restaurants. For art lovers we recommend the Chagal museum and Matise museum in Nice.We are only about 30-40 minutes by car to the border of Italy, so you can easily visit Ventimiglia where there is a very large market every Friday. In the market you will find shoes, accessories, clothes, food, toys, flowers, tools, bed linen and great ambience. Further along the italian cost you can visit San Remo with its many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Casino

Most of the casinos are free. The main casino in Monaco has an entry fee of € 10 per person. It is well worth taking a visit to grasp the ambience, which takes place in this historical and beautiful building.

Opera

Opera starts from € 50 per person and must be booked well in advance.

Concerts

Throughout the year Monte Carlo Sporting Club organises exclusive concerts with world famous singers with sit down dinner and drinks throughout the whole performance. Prices vary according to artists and days. The tourist office or Fnac in Monaco has a list of all performances.
